The Westboro Beach Community Association's annual general meeting (AGM) is coming up soon.  Please come out to meet your neighbors and discuss issues that are of concern to you.  The award winning author & singer songwriter PHIL JENKINS "I’ve come to unearth a story." is the special guest.  The AGM and elections will be held following Phil Jenkins.
